Board of MSP Steel & Power approves allotment of shares and OCDs

At meeting held on 12 March 2018

The Board of MSP Steel & Power at its meeting held on 12 March 2018 has approved the following -

Issuance and allotment of 297,3L5,000 Equity Shares on preferential basis of face value of Rs.10 each to the proposed allottees; and

Issuance and allotment of 45L,970,554 OCDs of face value of Rs.10 each to the consortium of Lenders on preferential basis
