Board of Havells India approves acquisition of Promptec Renewable Energy Solutions

At meeting held on 20 April 2015

Havells India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 April 2015, unanimously approved the proposal to acquire 51% stake in Promptec Renewable Energy Solutions, a Bangalore based company engaged in marketing and manufacturing of LED products including street lighting, office lighting and Solar lighting.
