OCL India announced that the Board of Directors of OCL India, ("OCL") at its meeting held on 05 November 2016 has considered and approved, on recommendation of the Audit Committee of OCL, a draft scheme of arrangement and amalgamation amongst Odisha Cement ("ODCL"), Dalmia Bharat ("DBL") and Dalmia Cement (Bharat) ("DCBL") and their respective shareholders and creditors in terms of Sections 391-394 read with Sections 100 to 103 of the Companies Act, 1956 and Section 52 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956 or the corresponding provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ("Scheme").Powered by Capital Market - Live News
