At meeting held on 28 March 2016
Omkar Speciality Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 March 2016 have transacted the following -Approved the scheme of arrangement between Omkar Speciality Chemicals, Lasa Laboratory, Urdhwa Chemicals, Rishichem Research, Desh Chemicals and Lasa Supergenerics for :
a) the merger of Lasa Laboratory, Urdhwa Chemicals, Rishichem Research, Desh Chemicals with Omkar Speciality; and
b) the demerger of the Veterinary API undertaking of merged Omkar Speciality Chemicals into Lasa Supergenerics.
