Board of Oriental Hotels approves sales of hotel at Visakhapatnam

At meeting held on 26 December 2018

The Board of Oriental Hotels at its meeting held on 26 September 2018 has approved the sale of the Hotel Unit owned by the Company at Visakhapatnam viz., 'The Gateway Hotel, Beach Road Visakhapatnam' 'as a going concern', on an 'as is where is' basis based on the recommendation of Investment Committee and authorized the Managing Director to negotiate, finalize and execute the transaction documents.
