Board of Oyeeee Media approves sub-division of shares

At meeting held on 20 February 2018

Oyeeee Media announced that hat the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 February 2018, inter alia, has approved to Sub-divide the Equity Shares from the Face Value of Rs. 10/- per share to Re. 1/- per share and alter the Capital Clause i.e. Clause V of the Memorandum of Association.
