Board of Perfect-Octave Media Projects allots equity shares on preferential basis

At meeting held on 21 November 2014

Perfect-Octave Media Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 21 November 2014 approved the preferential allotment of 6,87,300 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.20/- per share.
