Board of Prakash Industries approves issue of 75 lakh convertible equity warrants

At meeting held on 23 October 2020

The Board of Prakash Industries at its meeting held on 23 October 2020 approved the issuance of 75,00,000 Convertible Equity Warrants on Preferential basis, thereby raising an amount aggregating Rs 33.07 crore. The proceeds from preferential issue will be utilized for repayment of short term loans, to augment the working capital requirements of the Company and other corporate purposes.
