Board of Prime Focus appoints Parina Shah

At meeting held on 12 September 2015

Prime Focus announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 September 2015 have approved the appointment of Parina Shah as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company under the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 12 September 2015.

Further the Board has also approved the appointment of Parina Shah as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the said date.
