Board of Procter & Gamble Hygiene &Healthcare recommends final dividend

Procter & Gamble Hygiene &Healthcare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 August 2017, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 27 per equity Share (i.e. 270%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
