Board of Richway International Trade accepts resignation of company secretary & compliance officer

Richway International Trade announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 July 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:-

- To accept the resignation of Sachin Shah from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
