Royale Manor Hotels & Industries announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 17 December 2016, inter alia to :1. Accept the resignation of Jainam Bagadiya from the post of Company Secretary of the Company.
2. Appointment of Krishna Ashara as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
