At meeting held on 12 December 2016
Mahindra CIE Automotive announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 12 December 2016 approved the scheme of amalgamation of Mahindra Forgings Global and Mahindra Forgings International with Mahindra CIE Automotive.Since Mahindra Forgings Global and Mahindra Forgings International are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, no shares will be issued as consideration for the amalgamation.
