S R G Securities Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 February 2015, inter-alia, has considered and approved the following:

- Appointment of Garima Soni being an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company.
