The Board of Saffron Industries at its meeting held on 14 February, 2018 which extended till 15 February, 2018 inter-alia has considered and approved the following:A. Srinivas be and hereby appointed as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Saurabh Somani be and is hereby appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company with immediate effect.
