Board of Sharon Bio-Medicine recommends final dividend

Sharon Bio-Medicine announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 November 2014, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.36 per equity Share (i.e. 18%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
