Shirpur Gold Refinery announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 February 2015 approved and noted the following -Resignation of Hemangi Patil as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 06 February 2015.
Appointment of Shyamal Padhiar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 07 February 2015.
