Board of Shree Rang Mark Travels approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 27 November 2014

Shree Rang Mark Travels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 November 2014, have approved the appointment of Kunal Goon, w.e.f. 27 November 2014, as an Additional Director of the Company. Apart from that the Board of Directors have also approved the resignation of Afzal Hussain w.e.f. 29 November 2014.
