Outcome of board meeting of Network 18 Media & Investments

Network 18 Media & Investments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 November 2014, appointed following directors on the Board of the Company:

- Rajiv Luthra as Independent Director of the Company.

- Dhruv Kaji as Independent Director of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, at the said meeting appointment of following Key Managerial Personnel of the Company were approved with effect from 27 November 2014:

- Hariharan Mahadevan as the Chief Financial Officer.

- Kshipra Jatana as the Manager.
