Simplex Castings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 August 2015, inter alia, have transacted the following :1. Acceptance of resignation of Arvind K Shah, Chairman and Whole Time Director and Shailesh A Shah, Whole Time Director.
2. Appointment of Piyush Pravinchandra Shah as Whole Time Director subject to approval of Members.
3. Ketan M Shah, Managing Director of the Company appointed as new Chairman of the Board.
4. D Meena Kumari, Company secretary appointed as Chief Investor officer of the Company regards to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
