Skyline Millars announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2015, has approved the following;1. Niranjan R. Jagtap has been appointed as an Additional and Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 06 August 2015. Niranjan R. Jagtap is an advocate and has a vast experience in the matters pertaining to Company Law Board, DRT and Arbitrations.
2. Vinod Joshi, Independent Director of the Company has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board w.e.f. 06 August 2015.
