Board of SPML Infra considers various fund raising options

At meeting held on 18 September 2014

SPML Infra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 September 2014, inter alia, has evaluated the various options of fund raising available to the Company and authorized the management to explore :

1. Sell of Investments in the Hydro Power and Road assets.

2. Raising of funds through QIP Route for an amount to the extent of Rs. 100 crore.
