Board of SRF approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 09 May 2022

The Board of SRF at its meeting held on 09 May 2022 has approved appointment of Raj Kumar Jain (DIN: 01741527) as additional Director (Independent), with effect from 09 May 2022. The Board noted resignation of Vellayan Subbiah (DIN: 01138759) as an Independent Director of the Company from the closing of business hours of 09 May 2022. The Board also noted appointment of Vellayan Subbiah (DIN: 01138759) as an Additional NonExecutive Non-Independent Director of the Company liable to retire by rotation with effect from 10 May 2022.
