CRISIL withdraws corporate credit rating of HCL Technologies

HCL Technologies announced that CRISIL has reaffirmed and withdrawn its Corporate Credit Rating - 'AAA/ Stable'. The withdrawal of the rating has been on request of the Company as the Company does not borrow funds in India. The Company already has international credit rating of 'A-' from S&P and Fitch.
