Board of Stampede Capital approves fund raising of up to Rs 100 crore

At meeting held on 12 July 2014

Stampede Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 July 2014, inter alia, has considered the following :

- Approval of proposal to raise further Capital upto Rs 100 crore through QIP, issuing FCCB, ADR, GDR and any other Securities.
