The Board of United Bank of India at its meeting held on 05 March 2020 has approved the following in respect of amalgamation of United Bank of India (Transferor Bank) into Punjab National Bank (Transferee Bank):
Share Exchange Ratio, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals:
121 equity shares of Rs 2 each of Punjab National Bank for every 1000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of United Bank of India.
