Board of Valecha Engineering appoints Chairman

Valecha Engineering announced that at the Board Meeting held on 17 October 2014, after resignation of Anil Harish (Chairman - Independent & Non Executive Director), Arvind Thakkar, Non Executive and Independent Director has been appointed as Chairman of the Company w.e.f. 17 October 2014.
