Board of Vikalp Securities approves change in CFO

At meeting held on 29 May 2015

Vikalp Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, has appointed Ashish Dixit as Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from 29 May 2015 in place of Shraiya Paliwal, who resigned from the office of Chief Financial officer.
