Vinayak Vanijya announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 July 2016, inter alia, has passed the following resolutions:

- The Board considered and approved shifting of place of Registered Office of the Company from "216-B, Devika Tower, 6, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019" to "SF-28, Devika Tower, 6, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019", within the same State (Delhi).
