Board of Visesh Infotecnics appoints director

Visesh Infotecnics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015, has appointed Madhu Sharma, as an Independent Director, on the board of Directors of the Company. Madhu Sharma, shall hold office of Director till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
