Board of Vitan Agro Industries decides to incorporate associate company 'F9 Hospitality'

At meeting held on 25 June 2016

Vitan Agro Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 18 March 2016 had decided to incorporate 51% subsidiary Company under the name and style of "The Grant Catering" with a Paid-up Capital of Rs. 10,00,000.

However after taking various factors into considerations and discussions, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 25 June 2016 has changed its view and decided to incorporate an associate Company under the name and style of "F9 Hospitality" with the same paid up capital subject to the requisite approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
