Board of Waterbase considered NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation

The Board of Waterbase at its meeting held on 14 November 2017 noted the following -The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad, has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Pinnae Feeds with the Company, without any modifications, by its order pronounced 14 November 2017. The Company shall file the order with the stock exchange upon its receipt.
