The board of Borax Morarji have decided to extend the current financial year i.e. (April 01, 2013 to March 31, 2014) of the Company by a period of three (3) months in accordance with the provisions of Section 210(4) of the Companies Act, 1956.Accordingly, the current financial year of the Company will be for a period of fifteen (15) months i.e. commencing from 01 April 2013 and ending on 30 June 2014.
