Borax Morarji extends financial year by 3 months

To end on 30 June 2014

The board of Borax Morarji have decided to extend the current financial year i.e. (April 01, 2013 to March 31, 2014) of the Company by a period of three (3) months in accordance with the provisions of Section 210(4) of the Companies Act, 1956.

Accordingly, the current financial year of the Company will be for a period of fifteen (15) months i.e. commencing from 01 April 2013 and ending on 30 June 2014.
