Brigade Enterprises allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Brigade Enterprises announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 8000 equity shares to those employees who have exercised their Options for equity shares under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011.

The paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 112,74,36,400/- to Rs. 112,75,16,400/- due to the aforesaid allotment.
