BSE fines 530 companies for non-compliance

As per the provisions of the market regulator Sebi, the BSE said on Monday, 13 July 2015 that it has till date issued advisory letters to 530 companies regarding levy of fines for non-compliance with the said provision within the prescribed timelines.

Sebi had vide its circular dated 8 April 2015 prescribed the schedule of fines to be levied on companies for non-compliance with the requirement of Clause 49(II)(A)(1) of Listing Agreement i.e, appointment of Woman Director.
