Canara Bank proposes to sell 4 lakh shares of NSDL

Floor price is Rs 805 per share

Canara Bank has proposed to sell 4,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each of National Securities Depositories (NSDL) which is 1% of the total paid up equity share capital of the company. Accordingly, Bank has floated RFQ for subscription to the aforesaid equity shares.
