Castrol India allots 49.45 crore equity shares

Under bonus issue

Castrol India has allotted 49,45,61,192 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- as fully paid-up bonus equity shares on 26 December 2017. Consequent to the completion of allotment of bonus equity shares, the paid up share capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs 494.56 crore dividend into 98,91,22,384 equity shares of Rs 5 each fully paid up.
