Basel III Tier II Bonds - BWR A+; Negative (Reaffirmed)
Basel II AT I Bonds - BWR A-; Negative (Reaffirmed)
Innovative Perpetual Debt Instrument - BWR A+; Negative (Revised from BWR A ; Negative)
