Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved an allotment of 532 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the option grantee who has exercised his option.The Company will be applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.
