Colgate-Palmolive (India) standalone net profit rises 54.13% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 20.02% to Rs 1275.01 crore

Net profit of Colgate-Palmolive (India) rose 54.13% to Rs 314.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 204.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 20.02% to Rs 1275.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 1062.35 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 26.81% to Rs 1035.39 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 816.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 7.20% to Rs 4810.48 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 4487.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
