Consumer Durables shares fall

Consumer Durables stocks were trading with losses, with the S&P BSE Consumer Durables index falling 145.36 points or 0.58% at 24925.15 at 13:48 IST.

Among the components of the S&P BSE Consumer Durables index, Whirlpool of India Ltd (down 1.47%), Titan Company Ltd (down 1.29%), and Crompton Greaves Consumer Electrical Ltd (down 0.59%), were the top losers.

On the other hand, Symphony Ltd (up 1.83%), Bajaj Electricals Ltd (up 1.8%), and Blue Star Ltd (up 0.9%) moved up.

At 13:48 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 83.75 or 0.2% at 41093.46.

The Nifty 50 index was up 12.7 points or 0.11% at 12099.4.

 

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 20.13 points or 0.15% at 13352.79.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 1.03 points or 0.02% at 4708.05.

On BSE,1084 shares were trading in green, 1198 were trading in red and 177 were unchanged.
