Cox & Kings announced that National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has approved the scheme of arrangement between Cox & Kings and Cox & Kings Financial Service (CKFSL) on 02 August 2018. The scheme provides for the demerger of company's business of providing foreign exchange services and facilitating multiple channels of outward remittances as allowed under AD-II license, into CKFSL.
