D B Corp allots equity shares

Under ESOS

D B Corp announced that on 20 October 2016, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 36,193 shares of Rs. 10/- each on exercise of 36,193 stock options under DBCL-ESOS- 2008, DBCL-ESOS- 2010 and DBCL-ESOS- 2011 -Tranche 1, Tranche 2 and Tranche 3 Schemes, to its employees covered under the scheme.
