Damodar Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 2 February 2016 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December, 2015 and to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2015-16.
