DB (International) Stock Brokers announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 04 August 2015

DB (International) Stock Brokers announced that Yashwant Gupta has resigned from the post of Company Secretary.

The Company accepted his resignation w.e.f. 04 August 2015 and relieved him of his responsibilities. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary. Yashwant Gupta also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
