DCB Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 1,36,235 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on 26 March 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 282,012,273 shares of Rs.10/- each.
