Deepak Spinners voluntarily delist shares from Calcutta Stock Exchange

With effect from 03 July 2015

Deepak Spinners announced that voluntary delisting of under SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, of the listed equity shares of the Company has been granted by Calcutta Stock Exchange.

Hence, the Company is delisted from Calcutta Stock Exchange with effect from 03 July 2015.
