Dixon Technologies (India) to form JV with Imagine Marketing

To undertake manufacture of blue tooth enabled audio devices

Dixon Technologies (India) has executed a joint venture agreement with Imagine Marketing on 17 January 2022. The Company and Imagine have entered into a joint venture agreement to form a joint venture company for undertaking the manufacture of Blue tooth enabled audio devices. The proposed shareholding of the new JV Company will be 50:50.
