Educomp Solutions announced that nomination and remuneration committee of the Company on 01 July 2014 by passing resolution by circulation has allotted 16,250 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their option under ESOP Scheme 2006.Post allotment, the Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs 24.48 crore consisting of 12,24,44,668 equity shares of the face value of Rs 2 each to Rs 24.49 crore consisting of 12,24,60,918 equity shares of the face value of Rs 2 each.
