EIH Associated Hotels announced that in terms of the approval obtained from the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 08 August 2014, the Company had applied for voluntary delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from the Madras Stock Exchange, Chennai (MSE) by complying with inter alia Regulations 6(a) and 7 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.The Shares continue to be listed with BSE, Mumbai (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India, Mumbai (NSE), having nationwide trading terminals.
